6. Drying kiln process flow

6.2.Heat source: the scheme adopts steam fin heating, high heat exchange efficiency, precise temperature control and small loss. The hot air radiator mixes the hot air in the mixing chamber with the cold air in the kiln to automatically adjust the temperature.

7. Moisture removal system
This drying kiln is equipped with 8 sets of external dehumidification systems. When the temperature and humidity meter detects that the humidity in the kiln reaches the condition of dehumidification, the dehumidification air exhaust machine will force out the moisture.
8. Kiln body
The new fireproof thermal insulation composite rock wool kiln body is used. Because the kiln is a low-temperature drying kiln, the inner layer is 100 thick rock wool substrate, the inner layer is galvanized embossed to strengthen and fix, and the outer layer is embossed color steel. Achieve fire, heat insulation, heat preservation effect. The kiln body adopts 40*40 galvanized square pipe to strengthen the substrate, and the drying kiln bottom track and the top of the drying kiln are divided into heat dissipation mesh holes to ensure that the whole drying room is evenly heated.
9. Heat
In order to ensure the temperature uniformity of the temperature division in the drying kiln, the drying kiln is equipped with 3 D-class steam furnaces and 24 sets of heating systems, each set of heating systems is responsible for heating the area of 3 meters, using biomass heating, fast heating speed, full combustion, no black smoke emission.
10.Control system
- The kiln adopts the well-known brand Huichuan PLC controller touch screen, ADT inverter, temperature sensor to detect the temperature in the kiln and automatically make fire control to keep the temperature in the kiln. When the high temperature humidity meter detects that the humidity content in the kiln reaches a certain amount, the dehumidification function will be automatically opened.
- The drying kiln adopts ATD frequency conversion technology, can be quantitative automatic air supply, to ensure that the hot air circulation in the drying kiln uniform heating, drying error is less than 5%, than the traditional heating power saving more than 30%.
11. Hot air circulation system
The kiln adopts 110 high temperature resistant circulating fans, which can fully heat the gypsum blocks to ensure that the kiln will not burn out the motor during continuous operation.
