Equipment characteristics:
1.Automatic control,labor saving,cost reduction,efficient production capacity.
2.Specification and model:length 3000mm(length adjustable)*width 600mm*100mm.
3.There are 11 pieces for each mold with the thickness of 100 mm.The thickness can be customized according to the customer.The 100-120 mold can be replaced, and the 150-200 mold can be replaced.Two sets of mold can be grouted alternately.A total of 4-5 people operate the equipment (one for operation,two for hanging and sorting,one for forklift to take out the plate,and one for miscellaneous work,totally five people).
4.High production capacity,including mesh distribution time to produce 100 square meters per hour (5-6 molds per hour,actual production capacity),about 1260kg of material per mold.

6.Wall panel host:
(1)Two sets of molds together have the advantage of alternating pouring.
(2)The mold clapboard is made of single-sided 16mm thick steel plate with framework welded inside.After welding,it is processed by CNC gantry,and then polished by mirror polishing,hard chromium plating,and mirror polishing (not rusty,not easy to empty,not easy to deform,ensure the flatness and smoothness of the plate,and increase the service life).
(3)The end die and die are parallel open die with silica gel seal,and the bottom die is aluminum alloy profile.
(4)The mandrel is made of 45 steel,mirror polished and hard chromium plated 4 wires.
(5)Equipped with stainless steel lifting scraper.Synchronous system,a group of molds has two scraper 2.2kw motors,adjustable speed (same as the synchronous system of machining machine tool), equipped with high-precision linear guide rail and high-precision lead screw,which can scrape grooves many times,with high-speed and high-efficiency.
7.Tube drawing equipment:
(1)one time tube drawing with 250 oil cylinder at night (built-in tube drawing buffer to prevent difficult tube drawing,failure to pull out tube, and failure to pull out tube will cause damage to the equipment)
(2)synchronous pipe drawing gear rack is provided to increase the stability.
8.Closed open close high-speed mixer:
(1)the bottom plate is made of 304 stainless steel (the material used for food machinery),and the bottom plate with mirror like surface is not easy to be stained with material,which reduces the labor force of workers.
(2)the first mock exam system is installed to prevent air pollution.Environmental protection can be passed through.
(3)two high pressure water pumps are automatically cleaned.
(4)sprinkler pipes are installed on the wall of the mixer.In order to clean the inner wall of the mixer without leaving any dead ends,this bright spot saves workers'time and labor for cleaning the materials and materials by hand.
(5)these water are exactly 11 wall panels and one mold of water consumption.(no waste water can be passed for

9.TThe cylinder clamp replaces the traditional plate machine and reverse plate machine,saves the time of puling plate,reversing and sending the bottom plate,avoids the extrusion fracture phenomenon of turnover plate,and improves the production efficiency.
10.Water metering tank:
(1)OCr13 Stainless steel is used to avoid long rust and prolong service life.(2)The diameter of the water outlet is 200,and the water is fast,which not only shortens the time more effectively,but also greatly improves the efficiency.
11. Powder meteringBin:
(1)inclined bucket type box with uniform discharging system to prevent slow discharging speed,no discharging and uneven discharging,(fast cutting speed,fast mixing speed,fast grouting speed,reducing the dosage of retarder and saving cost)
12 .Control cabinet:manual ,automatic and continuous integration,arbitrary use,shorten unnecessary program time,increase production efficiency.

Raw material and production process:
Building gypsum powder as raw materials: natural gypsum powder, desulfurization gypsum powder, phosphogypsum powder, special additive, fiber reinforced material, light agent material perlite, negative material, fly ash, etc..
